Job Summary
A leader in residential home services is hiring for Residential Service Plumbers based in Harrisburg PA. This role serves homeowners across the region and focuses on high-quality service clear communication and job ownership from start to finish.
These are 1st shift openings 7:30am to 3:30pm.
Key Responsibilities:
- Diagnose repair and install residential plumbing systems and fixtures including water heaters re-pipes well pumps water treatment equipment and kitchen/bath components.
- Present solutions pricing and options to homeowners and obtain approval before work.
- Complete work neatly and efficiently while upholding integrity and first-time quality.
- Document findings estimates and work performed on an iPad; close out accurate timely paperwork.
- Mentor less experienced technicians and model safe professional jobsite behavior.
- Work independently with minimal supervision while collaborating with the service team as needed.
Key Requirements:
- 5 years of residential plumbing service experience.
- Valid drivers license with insurable record.
- Proficiency with mobile workflow tools; ability to draft professional emails.
- ServiceTitan experience a plus.
- Journeyman or Master Plumber license a plus.
- Ability to work in attics basements crawlspaces and outdoors; lift and carry as required.
