Position Summary
We are seeking a Board Certified/Board Eligible Primary Care Physician to join our collaborative outpatient care team in San Antonio TX.
This full-time position offers a supportive clinical setting with a balanced workload no hospital rounding and a strong emphasis on continuity of care. The physician will provide comprehensive adult and/or family medicine services focusing on preventive health chronic disease management and patient education.

Essential Position Responsibilities
Provide comprehensive primary care to patients including preventive acute and chronic care management.
Conduct routine physicals wellness visits and health screenings.
Diagnose and manage a broad range of medical conditions.
Order and interpret diagnostic tests lab results and imaging as appropriate.
Develop individualized treatment and follow-up care plans.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members to ensure coordinated and effective care delivery.
Maintain accurate documentation within the electronic medical record (EMR).
Promote patient education and healthy lifestyle choices.
Qualifications
Education: MD or DO degree from an accredited institution.
Training: Completion of a Family Medicine or Internal Medicine residency program.
Licensure & Certification: Active or eligible Texas medical license; Board Certified/Board Eligible in Family or Internal Medicine.
Experience: Outpatient primary care experience preferred; new graduates welcome.
Language: Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred but not required.
