Holycode is looking for a Frontend Software Engineer ready to start a once in a lifetime project inside the Hoshii team.

At Hoshii they are building the Interaction Relationship Management (IRM) system a platform that turns customer communication (emails phone calls etc.) into actionable ERP and CRM intents in one an industry that faces a very intense labor shortage where millions are stuck doing repetitive work Hoshiis IRM offers a co-pilot that handles tedious chores like processing unstructured data responding to customer inquiries and entering data into ERP systems.

They are currently growing faster than their infrastructure can follow running around with duct tape to make their systems reliable while relentlessly shipping new features as well. At the same time users need an interface that feels familiar and just works and fast. Hoshii is looking for an exceptional Frontend Software Engineer who can easily navigate the full application stack and will be building and maintaining the most intuitive and efficient AI user interface in the industry. You will be an integral part of their engineering team in order to ensure a seamless onboarding for their customers guaranteeing they receive the best possible experience while building a product people love. You will join the founding team of young talented engineers contributing to taking Hoshii to the next level.

Key Responsibilities

• Design develop and maintain responsive web applications using React and TypeScript.
• Collaborate with product designers to deliver engaging intuitive AI-grade user experiences.
• Ensure smooth UI/UX implementation with focus on usability accessibility and performance.
• Work across the full stack (backend included if needed) to deliver complete product features end-to-end.
• Write clean tested maintainable code and documentation.
• Monitor and improve frontend performance and usability.

Your Profile

• React frontend expertise.
• Solid knowledge of JavaScript/TypeScript HTML5 CSS3 responsive design.
• Experience in UI implementation with a keen eye for detail and usability.
• Understanding of accessibility standards and cross-browser compatibility.
• Plus: Experience with products where UX and trust are critical (automation AI document processing).
• Plus: Exposure to ERP and CRM integrations.
• Plus: German language skills (not required).
• Good command of English.
• Strong sense of ownership: you love to take responsibility for features and see them succeed.
