Key Responsibilities

Sell personal lines products (Home Auto Flood Umbrella Liability)
Quote and close business through multiple carriers to find the best fit for each client
Work warm referrals and inbound leads
Follow up with prospects and build lasting client relationships
Consistently surpass sales targets for new business quotes
Deliver a friendly professional experience that earns trust and loyalty.

What Were Looking For

Florida 20-44 (or 2-20) license required
12 years of personal lines insurance experience
Excellent communication skills
Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage and persuade customers effectively.
Excellent interpersonal skills demonstrating the ability to build rapport and maintain positive relationships with customers and colleagues.
Strong analytical skills to understand coverage details and underwriting guidelines enabling informed decision-making.
Coachable driven and reliable
