DescriptionI. Job Summary The Knowledge Specialist is responsible for developing maintaining and optimizing HR knowledge content to ensure employees managers and HR service teams have accurate clear and accessible information. II. Essential Duties and Responsibilities - Create edit and publish HR knowledge articles FAQs and process guides for employees managers and HR service center teams.
- Translate complex HR policies and procedures into simple user-friendly language.
- Partner with HR Centers of Expertise (COEs) and HR Operations to ensure content accuracy and alignment with policy and process changes.
- Manage the lifecycle of knowledge content in knowledge platforms ensuring information is current accurate and well-structured.
- Monitor knowledge usage gaps and effectiveness through analytics and feedback
- Partner with HR technology and optimization teams to leverage automation and digital enablement.
- Act as a knowledge champion promoting best practices across the HR function
- Define and implement metadata tagging and categorization standards to improve searchability and user experience.

III. Qualifications A. Required Qualifications - Bachelors Degree in Human Resources Communications Business or related field in lieu of degree
- High School Diploma or GED (accredited) and 4 years of relevant work experience
- 3 years of experience in HR knowledge management or related field.
B. Preferred Qualifications IV. Physical Requirements
This job primarily operates in a professional office environment and routinely requires the use of standard office equipment such as computers phones copy machines etc. V.
