Job Summary
Are you a passionate Physical Therapist looking for a rewarding opportunity to make a difference in the lives of others We are seeking a dedicated PT to join our home health team in the vibrant city of College Station. This role offers the chance to work closely with patients in their own homes providing personalized care that helps them achieve their health and mobility goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough assessments of patients physical condition and mobility needs.
- Develop individualized treatment plans aimed at improving patient mobility and quality of life.
- Administer physical therapy treatments and techniques in accordance with best practice standards.
- Educate patients and their families on exercises and strategies to continue progress at home.

- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
Qualifications:
- Valid state license to practice as a Physical Therapist.
- Strong understanding of physical therapy principles techniques and equipment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage a flexible schedule.
- Empathy and compassion for patients and their families.
- Experience in home health is a plus but not required.
