Residential Counselor $2000 Sign-On BonusLocation: Greenfield NH (an easy country drive from Concord Keene Manchester Nashua Amherst and more)Join the team at Crotched Mountain School & Village part of Seven Hills New Hampshire where every day youll make a real difference in the lives of children and young adults with autism and other developmental the RoleAs a Residential Counselor youll help students aged 521 build independence develop life skills and thrive in a supportive therapeutic environment. Youll be part of a dedicated team that integrates education recreation and careboth in the classroom and in our beautiful residential setting surrounded by 125 acres of New Hampshire forest on Crotched Youll Do:Support students daily routines and personal care needs with empathy and IEP and ILP goals through structured activities and consistent positive behaviors using proactive strategies and accurate documentation and participate in team meetings and maintain a safe welcoming and nurturing home Schedule:Choose your shift:Front-End Week: Sunday 7:00am10:00pm MondayWednesday 2:00pm10:00pmBack-End Week: WednesdayFriday 2:00pm10:00pm Saturday 7:00am10:00pm(Day school shifts also availableask during your intro call.)Qualifications:Must be at least 21 years old with a valid drivers school diploma or equivalent plus one of the following:Associate degree or higher (with a minimum of 12 credits in Human Services Education Psychology or related field)Two years of full-time (3000 hours) experience working directly with children or with adults in a residential group home (and caregiver) of a child age 7 or olderOr a combination of education and supporting individuals with significant needs and to lift up to 50 lbs and stay active throughout the Youll Love It Here:$2000 Sign-On BonusHealth Insurance (Blue Cross Blue Shield with generous employer contribution)403(b) Retirement Plan with 2533% employer matchStudent Loan Assistance and Tuition BenefitsHome Mortgage Support ProgramPaid Time Off: 3 weeks vacation in your first year 3 personal days 11 holidays and sick timeVacation cash-out optionCareer growth and professional development opportunitiesMake a difference.
