Job Summary
Qualifications:
- Bachelors Degree in Mechanical Engineering
- MME (UPDA) certified
Experience:
- Minimum 12 years of relevant experience
- 7 years in FM in the Gulf
- 3 years on large-scale mechanical projects
Specialized Skills:
- In-depth knowledge of elevators escalators pumps plumbing systems and irrigation
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise maintenance of mechanical systems and infrastructure
- Ensure effective operations of hydraulic and plumbing systems
- Diagnose system failures and implement long-term fixes
- Coordinate testing commissioning and upgrades of mechanical equipment
- Maintain compliance with operational safety and performance standards
- Fulfill all general engineering responsibilities as outlined in Civil Engineer JD
