Job Summary

Duties & Responsibilities:

Legal Compliance and Advisory

Ensure compliance with local laws and regulations in KSA UAE Egypt and Qatar.
Provide legal advice to management and various departments on business operations employment laws and regulatory matters.
Stay updated on legal developments and advise on their impact on the companys operations

Corporate Governance

Assist in maintaining proper corporate governance structures for each entity
Ensure compliance with local corporate laws and regulations
Manage corporate secretarial duties including preparation of shareholders resolutions board of directors resolutions and maintenance of corporate records.

Risk Management and Dispute Resolution

Identify and mitigate legal risks across all Site Technology Companies.
Manage pre-litigation disputes and coordinate with external counsel for litigation matters
Develop and implement strategies for dispute resolution.
Establish relationships with external counsels in each jurisdiction.
Work closely with external counsels on legal cases including arbitration.

Regulatory Compliance

Liaise with regulatory authorities in each jurisdiction
Ensure timely submission of required legal and regulatory filings
Keep abreast of changes in regulatory requirements and implement necessary adjustments

Documentation and Reporting

Maintain accurate records of all legal documents and correspondence
Prepare regular reports on legal matters for senior management.
Develop and maintain a centralized digital repository of legal documents accessible to authorized personnel across all locations
