As a recruitment consultancy we are looking for a Accountant on behalf of our client to join their offices in Gdansk or Szczecin responsible for managing the accounting activities of the group in Poland.
TASKS
- Responsiblefor the maintenance of the books of accounts of theCompany.
- Ensuresthe timely and accurate submission on accounting system off allcosts & revenues.
- ReviewsVISA and cash advance liquidations and managers reimbursement ofbusinessexpenses.
- Checksand ensures that cash advances liquidation and reimbursements arein accordance with company policies and procedures and that they areapproved in accordance with the Company s existing approvalauthorities.
- Preparebank payment and ensure all invoices were approved in line withgroup policy
- Preparesmonthly bank reconciliation. Monthly Petty cashreport.
- Monitorsaccounts receivable (together with a credit controller) and accountspayable and ensure timely receipt andpayment.
- Communicationwith tax advisory banks. Tax authorities.
- Intercompanyreconciliation
- Performsother tasks as may be required by his superior andManagement
QUALIFICATIONS
- Graduatedon ADE (Business Management) Economics (accountant profile)
- Atleast 2 years experience as accountant
- Knowledge of payroll management will be a plus.
- Excel&Navision
- English(written) and good commandspoken.
- Germanwould be advantage
