Year 2 Teacher Responsibilities
Plan prepare and deliver engaging and differentiated lessons for Year 2 pupils.
Create a positive and stimulating classroom environment that promotes active learning.
Assess and track pupil progress providing constructive feedback and setting clear targets.
Collaborate with colleagues to support curriculum development and school initiatives.
Foster strong relationships with pupils parents and staff to ensure the best outcomes for every child.
Participate in staff meetings professional development opportunities and wider school activities.

Year 2 Teacher Requirements
Bachelors degree in Education or a related subject.
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
Proven experience teaching in Key Stage 1 ideally with Year 2 pupils.
Strong knowledge of the National Curriculum and effective assessment methods.
Excellent communication organisational and interpersonal skills.
