About the Role
This full-time permanent leadership position involves overseeing all aspects of SEND provision across the school. The SENCO will lead a team of specialist support staff coordinate EHCPs and ensure that every student receives the tailored support they need to succeed academically and personally.

You will:
Develop and implement the schools SEND strategy in line with national guidance
Oversee EHCP reviews assessment processes and targeted interventions
Deliver CPD and training to staff on adaptive teaching and differentiation
Build strong partnerships with parents carers and external agencies
Ensure that SEND students are fully included in all aspects of school life
Monitor and evaluate the impact of interventions and progress data

Close collaboration with external support networks and educational psychologists

Experience and Qualifications:
QTS and NASENCO qualification (or willingness to complete)
