We are seeking a dedicated and dynamic Year 3 Teacher to join our friendly and inclusive primary school in Hounslow. This is a full-time permanent position starting after the October half term offering a fantastic opportunity to make a meaningful impact on pupils learning and development in Key Stage 2.
This role will involve teaching a diverse class with a high proportion of pupils with Special Educational Needs (SEN) so we are looking for a teacher who is patient adaptable and committed to creating an inclusive classroom where every child can thrive.

Working Pattern: Full Time Term Time Only
Salary: MPS/UPS (Dependent on Experience)
Suitable for: Experienced or Early Career Teachers (ECTs welcome)
- Plan and deliver engaging differentiated lessons for Year 3 pupils.
- Support pupils with a range of SEN needs ensuring lessons are accessible and inclusive.
- Assess monitor and track pupil progress adapting teaching strategies as needed.
- Foster a nurturing positive classroom environment that encourages curiosity and independence.
- Collaborate closely with SEN staff support assistants and parents to meet individual learning goals.
- Contribute to the wider school community through teamwork and shared initiatives.
