Sage Connections is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team and provide services within the school setting for the upcoming 25-26 school year in a full-time role.

Position Details
  • Age Range: Elementary/Middle
  • Hours per Week: 40 hours/week
  • Schedule: MondayFriday 6:45 AM 3:15 PM
  • Start & End Date: 8/1/26 to 5/29/26
  • Onsite/Remote/Hybrid: On-site

Responsibilities

Provide direct speech and language therapy services in accordance with students IEPs
Conduct evaluations and re-evaluations
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
Collaborate with teachers staff and families to support student progress
Maintain accurate documentation and service logs
Attend IEP meetings and contribute to student goal planning


Qualifications

Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
Florida State license to practice as an SLP
ASHA CCC preferred; CFs considered with supervision available
School-based experience preferred but not required
Strong communication and organizational skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
