Were looking for ahands-on Store Managerwho can lead our retail operations drive sales and create an exceptional customer experience.
We are excited to find an individual who is eager to learn about the company and in the future will know how to manage and oversee all operations.
Position Overview
The Store Manager is responsible for thedaily operations of the showroom and warehouse including sales leadership inventory management and customer service excellence. This role combinesbusiness management product expertise and relationship buildingwith contractors designers and retail clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead day-to-day operations of the hardware store and showroom.
- Provide expert guidance to customers on product selection and installation needs.
- Supervise train and motivate team members to achieve sales goals.
- Maintain accurate inventory levels and oversee ordering and receiving.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with contractors builders and vendors.
- Ensure store displays are organized appealing and up to date.
- Monitor financial performance including sales targets margins and expenses.
- Enforce company policies safety procedures and attendance standards.
Qualifications
- 3 years of experience in retail management preferably in hardware building materials or home improvement.
- Knowledge ofdoor and cabinet hardware products(or willingness to learn quickly).
- Strong leadership organization and communication skills.
- Ability to manage inventory scheduling and staff performance.
- Customer-first mindset with a focus on relationship building.
- Proficient in POS systems and basic computer software (Excel email etc.).

Can be FT or PT 10am to 4pm M-F.
