About the Role
Were looking for a dynamic and passionate Sales Engineer to join our growing team and drive business development in the exciting world of custom-made technical parts for the electronics industry.
Working from home or our office in Modena youll play a key role in developing the Groups sales and strengthening customer relationships while contributing to the continuous growth of our international business.

Your Main Missions
Within a close-knit team and an international environment you will:
IdCold call and visit potential customers to understand their needs
Prospect new accounts and identify new business opportunities
Advise customers on products and solutions best suited to their applications
Conduct market and competitive intelligence and share insights with management
Represent the company to customers and partners
Act as the key interface between customers and internal teams
Be the voice of the customer conveying their expectations and feedback to the sales department and management
Develop your assigned sales territory both qualitatively and quantitatively
Take proactive measures to increase turnover and profitability
Negotiate and develop business with OEMs and EMSs
Analyze market trends and customer needs to enhance sales strategy
Follow up on projects and deadlines in close collaboration with our technical and quality teams based in China
What Were Looking For
Degree or training in Sales Business or International Trade
Proven experience in industrial product sales (electronics industry a plus)
Fluent in Italian and English written and spoken
Strong sales drive excellent listening and negotiation skills
Autonomous curious and results-oriented you love challenges
Proficient in CRM tools (SAP knowledge is a plus)
Valid driving license (for client visits)
