We are expanding our international team and are looking for a motivated purpose-driven professional passionate about personal growth communication and helping others evolve.
Tasks
Key Responsibilities
- Guide experienced professionals to reconnect with their purpose and redesign their lives
- Interview and assess candidates for alignment with our Life Design programs
- Build authentic long-term relationships with clients and partners
- Apply Life Design principles to your own growth and lead by example
- Set and track personal and business goals directly influencing your outcomes
- Manage digital communication social media and online program support (training provided; openness to learn required)
- Participate in ongoing mentoring leadership and professional development
Requirements
Profile
- Passion for personal growth purpose and helping others evolve
- Background in leadership business HR coaching or high-pressure industries is an advantage but not required
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Motivated by autonomy and ready to shape your own results
- Comfortable working independently in a flexible results-focused environment
- Genuine interest in mindset success education and Life Design principles
