Job Summary

Job Title: Full Stack Developer
Location: Onsite Dallas TX (Hybrid)

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Full Stack Developer with over 12 years of hands-on experience in designing developing and deploying scalable serverless applications on AWS. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in event-driven architectures AWS Serverless technologies and infrastructure automation along with strong programming skills in and Python.

Key Responsibilities:
Design develop and maintain full stack applications using AWS Serverless technologies including Lambda ( DynamoDB EventBridge Step Functions API Gateway and AppSync. Implement and manage event-driven architectures focusing on performance scalability and reliability. Write clean modular and testable code in and Python. Develop and execute unit and integration tests using frameworks such as Jest and PyTest. Build and integrate messaging and streaming solutions using Apache Kafka including event publishing/subscription partitioning retention and offset management. Work on seamless integration with on-premises and cloud-based connectors. Deploy and manage infrastructure using AWS CDK Serverless Framework or Terraform. Set up monitoring observability and alerting solutions using CloudWatch X-Ray and log insights. Develop custom metrics dashboards and structured logging for effective issue tracking and performance optimization. Collaborate closely with architecture DevOps and QA teams to ensure end-to-end delivery and operational excellence.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
12 years of progressive experience in full stack development with a strong focus on AWS cloud and serverless architectures. Expert-level hands-on experience with AWS services such as Lambda DynamoDB EventBridge Step Functions API Gateway and AppSync. Proficiency in and Python programming with a focus on clean maintainable and efficient code. Strong understanding of Apache Kafka and event-driven architecture concepts. Experience with Infrastructure-as-Code tools including AWS CDK Serverless Framework or Terraform. Proficient in AWS monitoring and logging tools (CloudWatch X-Ray log insights) with experience creating structured logs dashboards and alerts. Strong problem-solving debugging and optimization skills. Excellent communication and collaboration skills with cross-functional technical teams.
