Employment Type: PRN
Pay Rate: $28 - $32 per hour (Negotiable based on experience)
Shift: Day 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM
Position Summary:
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our healthcare team on a PRN basis. The ideal candidate will provide quality nursing care support registered nurses and physicians and ensure a safe environment for residents and staff.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct patient care under supervision of an RN or physician.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
- Monitor and document patient vital signs and progress.
- Assist in developing individualized care plans.
- Maintain accurate patient records according to facility policies.
- Respond promptly to patient needs and report changes.
- Ensure compliance with state federal regulations and facility policies.
- Collaborate with team members to optimize patient care.
- Educate patients and families on health maintenance.
Required Qualifications:
- Current and valid LPN license in New Jersey.
- CPR/BLS certification.
- Minimum 1 year nursing experience.
- Strong clinical communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
