7 years of hands-on experience in
SharePoint expertise to help modernize critical healthcare platforms that support cancer care and equitable access across Ontario.
About the Role Youll play a key part in two major digital transformation initiatives:

Community SAR Reports Implementation expanding Ontario Healths eReport platform to support Indigenous and equity-deserving communities in cancer screening.
-
eClaims & Resource Library Migration upgrading from SharePoint 2016 to SharePoint Server Subscription Edition to strengthen the Provincial Drug Reimbursement Program.
This is a hands-on development role where youll design build and maintain scalable solutions ensuring secure access to healthcare information systems that truly make a difference.
Key Responsibilities -
Design develop and and SharePoint applications for scalability and performance.

Lead the migration of existing systems to SharePoint Subscription Edition.

Build and optimize SSRS reports Power BI integrations and Azure-based solutions.

Collaborate cross-functionally with developers QA business analysts and project managers in an Agile environment.

Document solutions conduct code reviews and ensure full knowledge transfer to Ontario Health teams.

C# MVC Entity Framework Web Forms

SQL Server and advanced database design

SharePoint 2019 (on-prem) and upgrade experience to Subscription Edition

Azure Cloud (App Services Functions API Management Managed Instances)

SSRS and Power integration

ADFS/Claims configuration
Preferred -
Experience supporting production-critical healthcare or public-sector applications.
