Job Summary

Job Title: Bilingual Business Analyst (French) Healthcare domain
Location: Remote Canada (Preference: Toronto ON)
Type: Contract (6 12 Months)


Experience: 8 Years

Job Description: We are looking for an experienced Bilingual Business Analyst (English/French) with a strong background in the Healthcare domain to join our team on a 6 12 month remote contract. The ideal candidate will have deep experience in healthcare systems data analysis and process optimization with proven ability to communicate and document requirements fluently in both English and French.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Gather analyze and translate business and functional requirements from healthcare stakeholders in both English and French.
  • Work closely with business users solution architects and technical teams to define end-to-end processes across healthcare systems.
  • Support initiatives related to EHR/EMR systems claims processing member/patient data or regulatory compliance (e.g. HIPAA PHIPA).
  • Create business process flows use cases and data mapping documents.
  • Participate in UAT (User Acceptance Testing) validating system functionality against business needs.
  • Facilitate bilingual meetings workshops and training sessions to ensure clear communication across stakeholders.
  • Support change management data migration and system enhancement activities.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • 8 years of experience as a Business Analyst including at least 3 years in the Healthcare domain.
  • Fluency in both English and French (verbal and written) is mandatory.
  • Strong understanding of healthcare operations terminology and compliance standards.
  • Experience working with healthcare applications (EHR EMR claims eligibility or billing systems).
  • Proven ability to create BRDs FRDs and process documentation.
  • Hands-on experience with tools like JIRA Confluence MS Visio and MS Excel.
  • Excellent stakeholder communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Nice to Have:

  • Experience with data integration interoperability (FHIR HL7) or analytics projects.
  • Background in Agile/Scrum environments.
  • Familiarity with Canadian healthcare systems or regulations (PHIPA OHIP).
