Qualifying Questions:

Summary:
-
Perform functional testing of aircraft electrical systems and components.
-
Troubleshoot and repair aircraft systems and electrical faults.
-
Assess and document test or analysis data to verify compliance with specifications.
-
Identify production constraints and escalate unresolved issues through clear communication.
-
Support team performance through cross-training mentoring and collaboration.
-
Adhere to high standards of safety quality and regulatory compliance.
Requirements:
-
High School Diploma or GED required (vocational/technical training or degree preferred).
-
7 years of experience in aerospace fabrication or manufacturing.
-
7 years of experience in electrical assembly and/or working with electronic materials.
-
7 years of experience in avionics systems troubleshooting and aircraft electrical systems repair.
-
1 years of experience following detailed work instructions and interpreting technical documentation.
-
Ability to work a variable shift (1st 2nd or 3rd; shift determined by business need).
-
Expertise in electrical assembly avionics troubleshooting and wire bundle installation.
-
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and other specialized software applications.
-
Strong ability to read and interpret blueprints work instructions and specifications in English.
-
Ability to work any assigned shift (1st 2nd or 3rd).
-
Capable of meeting physical demands including bending standing kneeling reaching climbing and handling components.
-
Must be a U.S. Citizen (as defined by ITAR).
