Job Summary

We have a 1-Year 100% remote SAP Basis Consultant contract in Jackson MS. The anticipated start is January 1 2026.

Our client is seeking to fill one SAP BASIS Consultant position. The selected SAP Basis Consultant will provide technical support for the Mississippi Accountability System for Government Information and Collaboration (MAGIC) the State of Mississippis enterprise resource planning (ERP) system built on SAP software. The software is used by the 120 State agencies for their financial procurement grants management and reporting requirements. These systems have been in production since 2015. The State is also supporting the cloud-based SAP SuccessFactors software for Human Capital Management (HCM). The SAP Basis Consultant will support the SAP On-Premise applications and the SAP cloud-based SuccessFactors software.

Minimum Qualifications

5 years experience with SAP BASIS administration and technical core tasks including SAP software installation upgrade support packages patches workload analysis system error analysis performance monitoring and maintenance of multiple landscapes.
5 years experience supporting an SAP operational system for a Public Sector client.
5 years experience working in environments running Linux/DB2 and Windows/MSSQL
