Job Summary

In this essential role you will be responsible for the manufacturing of removable dental appliances and must possess a strong understanding of removable prosthetics. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in:

  • Setting full arch teeth and partials
  • Processing and finishing prosthetics
  • Performing a wide range of removable procedures with precision and efficiency

Essential Job Functions

  • Performs all duties for model work.
  • Complete tasks such as pouring impressions duplicating and articulating models.
  • Sets full arch teeth and partials.
  • Process full dentures partials splints bite rims and custom trays.
  • Maintains and guarantees Dental Designs quality and safety standards.
  • Understands and applies techniques within the organization.
  • Contributes to building a positive team spirit while adapting to changing production needs.
  • Review work tickets prioritize cases and ensure accurate inventory of supplies and equipment.
  • All other duties as assigned.

  • Detail oriented.
  • Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules operating and maintenance instructions and procedure manuals.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to multi-task and carry out instructions furnished in written oral and diagram form.
  • Excellent hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity.
  • Artistic abilities are preferred.

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • 5 years of experience in dental lab work highly preferred
