Job Summary

In this essential role you will be responsible for the manufacturing of removable dental appliances and must possess a strong understanding of removable prosthetics. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in:

Setting full arch teeth and partials
Processing and finishing prosthetics
Performing a wide range of removable procedures with precision and efficiency

Essential Job Functions

Performs all duties for model work.
Complete tasks such as pouring impressions duplicating and articulating models.
Sets full arch teeth and partials.
Process full dentures partials splints bite rims and custom trays.
Maintains and guarantees Dental Designs quality and safety standards.
Understands and applies techniques within the organization.
Contributes to building a positive team spirit while adapting to changing production needs.
Review work tickets prioritize cases and ensure accurate inventory of supplies and equipment.
All other duties as assigned.

Intense work ethic and desire to be a team player.
Detail oriented.
Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules operating and maintenance instructions and procedure manuals.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to multi-task and carry out instructions furnished in written oral and diagram form.
Excellent hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity.
Artistic abilities are preferred.

Qualifications:

High School Diploma or equivalent required.
5 years of experience in dental lab work highly preferred
