Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

Perform month-end quarter-end and year-end closing activities including journal entries and account reconciliations.

Prepare and analyse financial statements variance reports and management reports.

Support budgeting and forecasting processes through data analysis and reporting.

Ensure compliance with GAAP internal controls and company accounting policies.

Assist with audits (internal and external) by preparing documentation and supporting schedules.

Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation within accounting operations.

Collaborate cross-functionally with finance operations and corporate teams.

2-4 plus years of direct experience in an accounting environment (mix of public accounting and industry is a plus).

Strong working knowledge of US GAAP.

Experience with GL and Forecasting tools (e.g PeopleSoft/OneStream).

Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables lookups formulas).

Bachelors degree in accounting/finance
