Frontend Engineer React & React Native

About the Opportunity
A fast-growing player in the Mobile & Web Application Development sector delivering cross-platform consumer and enterprise applications. We build performant accessible and maintainable products using React and React Nativeprioritizing fast load times excellent UX and measurable business impact. This is an on-site role based in India.

Role & Responsibilities

• Design and build responsive mobile-first user interfaces using React and React Native for production apps.
• Integrate front-end code with REST/GraphQL backends and third-party services to deliver end-to-end features.
• Translate UX/UI designs into pixel-perfect components and reusable design-system primitives.
• Write clean testable code and maintain CI/CD pipelines unit tests and automated quality checks.
• Optimize runtime performance and memory usage for both web and mobile platforms; debug and fix production issues.
• Collaborate closely with product managers designers and backend engineers to ship features on an aggressive cadence.

Skills & Qualifications

Must-Have

• 1 years professional experience building production applications with React and React Native.
• Proven experience with for server-side rendering and static-site generation.
• Strong JavaScript fundamentals and TypeScript for typed front-end development.
• Experience with state management libraries such as Redux or equivalent patterns.
• Practical experience integrating with REST APIs and handling asynchronous data flows.
• Willingness to work on-site in India; strong collaboration and basic English communication skills.

Preferred

• Familiarity with Expo or native build pipelines for iOS/Android and app store submission processes.
• Experience with GraphQL or backend tooling to support full-stack feature delivery.
• Exposure to performance monitoring analytics and mobile/web performance optimization techniques.
