Job Summary

Description: Engineer- Design (Exp-2Yrs to 5Yrs)

Location:- Mysore and nbsp;

Role

To be a part of a starting a new department that will bring previously outsourced worked inhouse.
To work on in house projects from inception to implementation and upkeep. This will vary from simple semi - automated systems robotic stations QC Vision systems or fully leak testing units.
Develop Companys design slandered and standard reusable platform.
Identifying opportunities to consolidate electrical components and systems among different product models and optimize the designs for manufacturing and assembly (DFMA)
Update ISO NPD/ NPI documentation for assigned projects.
Coordinate with other team members to complete projects that meets the required specifications by the defined scheduled.

Responsibility and nbsp;

Responsible for design and detailing of components and systems for Made in India machines used for industrial production.
Responsible for getting design concepts evaluated through soft and experimental validations.
Understand requirements create design concepts perform design calculations and create 3D CAD Models 2D detailed drawings and layout drawings.
Responsible for creating relevant technical documentation and service/ maintenance standred.
Performs task with care; is through and checks work to ensure accuracy and completenes.
Ensure customer satisfaction through direct contact/ personal calls feedback forms in collaboration with Marketing Departments.
Stays focused on results in spite of distractions interruptions and competing demands.
Maintains up to date proficiency with the use of development software (E.g.- Solid works E- Plan and P and amp;ID etc.)
Testing and verification of PLC Automation for proper machine operation based on machine specifications and amp; planned desired functional logics.
Assist in design reviews to identify the Non Conformance of CE UL IEC NEMA and SIL. Come with ideas to correct them before design freezing.

Preferred Candidates

Qualification: B.E / Diploma in Mechanical
Experience: 23 years in Machine Design / New Product Development (NPD)
Graduate mechanical engineer with the experience in Machine design and amp; development of industrial Automation or Automation product and systems.
Good team worker can able to assist the other team members on various design projects.
Able to communicate with customers on various technical matters.
Should be conversant with manufacturing drawings of parts assembly drawings part lists and basic engineering calculations.
Needs to have specific experience in design and detailing of medium to large size special purpose machines. Needs to have good understanding of mechanisms and integration of components and sub system
