Position: Retention Agents German Desk
Experience: Minimum 1 year in same position (German-speaking) is a must
Salary: USD $2000 - $2500 (T&Cs Apply)
Working Hours: 10:30 AM 7:00 PM
Responsibilities:
- Engage with German-speaking clients to retain their business
- Resolve customer issues with professionalism and empathy
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions
- Collaborate with the team to improve service quality
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year experience in retention role (FX Industry)
- Fluent in German
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
