facing teams and you take pride in getting the billing right first time.

What youll be doing:

You will oversee the full billing process: preparing processing and distributing monthly
invoices for rentals services utilities and other recoveries. Youll conduct pre-billing checks
capture receipts across the relevant portfolios analyse utility and operating recoveries and
reconcile all billing against lease and contract data. You will interpret new leases
amendments and terminations into the system (such as MDA/MRI) update recurring billing
setups and ensure that all data is accurate and audit addition youll support data-
integrity tasks system clean-up activities and assist clients and internal stakeholders with
complex billing queries.

What youll need:

You will need to have a matric qualification and at least two years experience in billing if
you have MRI/MDA property system experience. If you dont have the MRI/MDA experience
well consider a minimum of 4 years finance administration experience. Were ideally looking
for someone that has property or services environment experience. Youll be proficient in
Excel and comfortable with property-billing or lease-management systems such as MDA/MRI
(or similar). Youll bring strong analytical skills excellent attention to detail and the ability
to interpret lease documentation and billing schedules. Youll also possess clear
communication skills organisational strength and the ability to work effectively in a fast-
moving environment. A valid South African citizenship and an office-based role in Cape
Towns CBD branch are required.

Where youll be doing it:

Youll be joining an innovative property business that is transforming the logistics landscape
through its network of serviced logistics parks and are expanding their business. Youll be
based at the head office in Cape Town CBD working in a fast-paced collaborative
environment that values initiative and achievement. This is an in office role Monday to
Friday 8am to 5pm.
