Automotive Internet Sales Associate job description:
- Responsibilities:
- Build rapport with customers and determine their vehicle needs.
- Demonstrate new and used vehicles professionally.
- Manage effective customer test drives.
- Provide comprehensive product knowledge.
- Complete quotes and explain finance options.
- Assist customers in selecting a vehicle by asking questions and actively listening to their responses.
- Overcome objections and thrive within sales situations.
- Exhibit consultative selling skills.
- Handle all internet sales inquiries personally whether by phone email or in person.
- Maintain an ongoing customer database to capture repeat business.
- Coordinate internet promotions with other dealership sales efforts.
- Follow up with customers and maintain high customer satisfaction.
- Represent the dealership and contribute to its success.
Requirements
- Qualifications:
- At least 2 years of experience in relevant fields such as sales customer service or call centers.
- 1 year of internet sales experience preferred.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong computer skills (Microsoft and Outlook).
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Clean California drivers license and sales license
