Job Summary

Developmental Disabilities Nurse - RN (Part Time: 1st shift Sun. & Wed.- 12 hr shifts 7a-7p)

RN: $35-$36/hr

Responsibilities may include:

Performing duties as outlined in the plan of caresuch asMedication Administration Personal Care Light Housekeeping and day to day support.

2:2 Ratio of individuals through a consistent caseload.

Effectively communicating updates and changes to patients status to the supervising RN.

Maintaining a safe patient environment.

Providing emotional and social support and compassionate care to patients.

Maintaining current patient records and progress notes.

Working as a member of the interdisciplinary team.

Developing and establishing a plan of care with physician.

Requirements for this position include:

Minimum of an associates degree or equivalent in Nursing from an accredited nursing program.

RN license.

Nursing experience within Home Care/ Home Health Private Duty Nursing Long Term Care or Disability Services is a plus but not required

Valid drivers license car insurance and reliable transportation.
