Residential AV Project Manager High-End/Luxury Smart Home Projects

Were looking for a hands-on Project Manager with strong leadership communication and organizational skills to join one of the top high-end residential A/V integrators in San Antonio TX. This is an exciting opportunity to oversee luxury smart home projects ranging from $150K to over $1M delivering world-class home automation and entertainment experiences.

About the Role

As a Project Manager youll oversee multiple residential technology projects from start to finish ensuring each one is delivered on time within scope and on budget. Youll take a lead role in managing technicians coordinating with builders designers and clients and maintaining the exceptional standards that define our projects.

This position is primarily field-based with about 80% of your time spent on-site supervising installations guiding teams and ensuring quality execution. The remaining time will be focused on project administration handled from a mobile command center so you stay close to the action.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage multiple residential A/V projects simultaneously.
Plan execute and oversee all project phases including scope schedule and deliverables.
Coordinate and supervise technicians subcontractors and trade partners.
Monitor project budgets timelines and overall progress.
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients builders and stakeholders.
Ensure all work meets or exceeds Dominions high standards of quality and craftsmanship.
Provide clear communication leadership and accountability across all project teams.

Requirements

Proven experience managing residential A/V or smart home integration projects.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent time management organization and multitasking abilities.
Exceptional communication and client-facing skills.
Solid understanding of A/V systems smart home technologies and integration workflows.
Ability to read and interpret project plans drawings and specifications.
Proactive problem solver with a focus on quality and efficiency.
Valid drivers license and reliable transportation.

Required Skills:

Job Requirements: Advanced knowledge and hands-on experience with QCS controls Biamp Audio DSP Shure and Intelix. Great to have: AVPro Edge and Visionary Solutions for VoIP / switchers Advanced knowledge and hands-on experience with AV equipment Advanced knowledge of TCP/IP networking switches routers firewalls are preferred. Advanced working knowledge of computers (Windows-based) and software. Maintain a positive attitude strong work ethic and embrace a team-centric environment. Ability to read analyze and interpret complex documents including product specifications wiring diagrams and architectural drawings. Ability to respond effectively to sensitive customer inquiries or complaints. Strong interpersonal and communication skills are required. Valid drivers license with minimum 3-year clean driving record. Infocomm CTS certification (within 6 months of employment start) & CTS-I within 12 months Maintain and/or acquire OSHA 10 Hr construction within 3 months from employment start.
