Job Summary
We are seeking a GA Family Medicine Internal Medicine Gynecology or Endocrinology Physician to join our team as a collaborating/supervising physician for 2 Family Nurse Practitioners in a niche Telehealth company servicing women who have PCOS. The Nurse practitioners are available to the patients on a part time basis but cover all all hours between the 2 of them Monday through Friday 8-5pm EASTERN time. The candidate should be licensed to practice medicine in the state of Georgia with hospital admitting privileges as we are contracting with payors in GA. Texas would be a plus.
Duties
Provide supervision per Medical board statutes. Note co-signing tasks are sent through our EHR for physician review.
Be available by phone/text/video etc for questions/recommendations from the NP.
Requirements
Doctor of Medicine (M.D.) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (D.O.) degree.
Current licensure to practice medicine in the state of GA with hospital admitting privileges in GA for payor contracting and credentialing
Responsible for providing own Malpractice Insurance
Must have board certification in internal medicine primary care family medicine Gynecology or Endocrinology
Job Type: 1099 Contract
Pay: $500.00 per month per NP
