This is a remote position.
As a Data Entry Analyst you will play a key role in processing managing and maintaining critical data that supports our credentialing and testing operations. Youll ensure accuracy completeness and confidentiality of records while helping streamline data workflows and improve operational efficiency. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on precision enjoys routine tasks with occasional variation and is comfortable working in a remote environment.
Key Responsibilities
Accurately enter large volumes of data from a variety of sources into internal systems databases and spreadsheets
Validate and clean data to ensure high integrity and consistency
Review data entries for errors inconsistencies or duplications and take corrective action as needed
Maintain confidentiality of sensitive records and comply with security and data-privacy policies
Assist with regular data audits reconciliation of records and support reporting requirements
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Operations Quality Assurance IT) to support data-driven decision-making
Identify opportunities for data workflow improvements and escalate suggestions to management
Generate standard reports or dashboards summarizing data entry metrics (volume accuracy turnaround time)
Handle ad-hoc data projects as needed to support organizational growth and changes
Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent; Associates degree or higher a plus
Proven experience in data entry clerical work or a related administrative role
Strong attention to detail accuracy and ability to maintain focus through repetitive tasks
Proficient with Microsoft Excel (or equivalent spreadsheet software) and comfortable learning new systems
Typing speed of at least 50 words per minute (or appropriate benchmark for your team)
Excellent time-management skills and ability to work independently in a remote setting
Basic understanding of data privacy and confidentiality best practices
Strong communication skills both written and verbal
Ability to adapt to process changes and handle priority shifts in a growing organization

Required Skills:
High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree or certificate in business safety/security or related field preferred. Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in security monitoring or facility operations (health-care credentialing testing-site or educational settings preferred). Familiarity with access control systems CCTV surveillance alarm monitoring and basic investigation/reporting procedures. Excellent observational skills attention to detail ability to recognise and document irregularities clearly and accurately. Effective communication and interpersonal skills: ability to interact professionally with a diverse range of people (candidates staff vendors). Strong customer-service orientation along with security-focused mindset and ability to enforce policies while maintaining a positive environment. Ability to work flexible hours including early mornings evenings and weekends as needed for facility operations. Basic computer skills (MS Office or similar) for logging activities writing reports and reviewing surveillance footage. Certification in first aid/CPR or security licence may be required depending on site or state regulations.
