Job Summary

This is a remote position.

Credentia is seeking a highly organized and detailoriented Data Entry Processor to join our team remotely. This role offers a flexible remote schedule allowing you to contribute from your home office while ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our credentialing and testing data. The ideal candidate will thrive in a remote environment maintain focus on precision and support operational efficiency.



Key Responsibilities

  • Accurately enter update and maintain data from various sources into digital systems and databases.

  • Review data for completeness consistency and accuracy correcting any discrepancies promptly.

  • Perform routine data quality control tasks including identifying duplicates or errors.

  • Maintain organized digital records for easy access and efficient document management.

  • Generate reports and summaries to support internal decision-making and operational needs.

  • Collaborate with team members remotely providing updates and communicating effectively in a virtual environment.

  • Participate in process improvements to enhance remote workflows and data management efficiency.

  • Handle occasional adhoc data projects and clerical tasks in a remote work setting.


Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or relevant certification is a plus.

  • Proven experience in data entry clerical or administrative roles preferred.

  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in repetitive tasks.

  • Comfortable working remotely with strong time management and organizational skills.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel Google Workspace or equivalent software tools.

  • Reliable internet access and a dedicated workspace for remote work.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Required Skills:

High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree or certificate in business safety/security or related field preferred. Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in security monitoring or facility operations (health-care credentialing testing-site or educational settings preferred). Familiarity with access control systems CCTV surveillance alarm monitoring and basic investigation/reporting procedures. Excellent observational skills attention to detail ability to recognise and document irregularities clearly and accurately. Effective communication and interpersonal skills: ability to interact professionally with a diverse range of people (candidates staff vendors). Strong customer-service orientation along with security-focused mindset and ability to enforce policies while maintaining a positive environment. Ability to work flexible hours including early mornings evenings and weekends as needed for facility operations. Basic computer skills (MS Office or similar) for logging activities writing reports and reviewing surveillance footage. Certification in first aid/CPR or security licence may be required depending on site or state regulations.
