The Groundskeeper is responsible for maintaining the propertys exterior and common areas to ensure a clean safe and appealing environment. Key duties include landscaping irrigation system upkeep trash removal and assessing the grounds for repairs and hazards. The role involves inspecting amenities for safety addressing inclement weather damage and collaborating with maintenance staff and vendors. Emphasizing safety and professionalism the Groundskeeper supports the communitys visual appeal and assists with property upkeep tasks including snow removal and preparing vacant units for new residents.
Qualifications
- Ability to bend stoop lift carry push or pull over 25lbs repeatedly
- Basic tools required to include personal smart phone technology.
Preferred Qualifications
- 3 years of Groundskeeping experience
Compensation*$17 - $18
*Final agreed-upon compensation is based upon individual qualifications and experience.
