Records Management Administrator
As a Records Management Administrator US Operations you can expect to support all functions of documentation for electronic and offsite storage of all contracts. This includes but is not limited to printing signing imaging and recording documents. You will also be responsible for transfer and recovery of documents from off-site storage for syndication or securitization projects as well as supporting the Contract Administration team as needed. A successful candidate will be customer service oriented have the ability to work with various office machinery work both independently as well as within a team and enjoy a fast-paced environment. Our goal is to meet internal expectations in timely processing in accordance with KPIs. This role reports to the Contract Administration Team Lead.
Day to Day:
Records Retention Processing:
Gather print completed contracts daily
Execute documents on behalf of the company
Collect and record related documents for electronic and offsite storage
Scan and validate contract image data into electronic storage database
Data entry of contract and box data into inventory tracking website
Coordinate movement of boxes/contract files to and from offsite storage provider
Assist in reporting missing contracts that need to be imaged
Support the Contract Administration team with various tasks as necessary
Optimization:
Contribute to department efficiencies by identifying bottlenecks and contributes to the formulation of solutions/improvement.
Be able to work in multiple systems simultaneously.
Training and Development:
Take the initiative to seek and participate in formal and informal training opportunities to enhance your knowledge and value to the company.
Flexibility and willingness to assist other operational departments when volume is low is required.

Essentials:
Knowledge of application to funding process desired
1-2 years clerical experience preferred
High school diploma required
Process improvement skills desired
Ability to input and access data utilizing various software packages
Must have ability to communicate well both orally and written
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and in a team that spans multiple locations
Detail oriented High level of accuracy in own work
Physical requirements
Must have the ability to lift up to 20lbs
Must have the ability to sit and work at a computer for extensive periods of time

DLL is considering candidates in numerous locations. The pay estimate displayed represents the typical pay range for candidates hired for this position in the desired primary work location. Pay may be adjusted outside the projected range based on geographical differentiation as well as for any other lawful reason. Additional factors that may be used to determine your actual pay include your specific skills years of relevant experience you possess and other work-related qualifications. Many candidates may start in the bottom half of the applicable pay range especially those with less experience or qualification.
This position is subject to the terms of DLLs compensation plans and policies.
