Position Overview

We are seeking a dependable Component Assembler to join our production team in Tulsa. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented safety-focused and capable of assembling component parts using a variety of hand and machine tools. This is a great opportunity for individuals who thrive in a team-driven fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities

Trim and assemble component parts using hand and machine tools.
Pin obsidian plugs to ensure components are properly aligned and secured.
Perform all tasks safely and maintain a clean organized work area.
Complete required documentation and related paperwork accurately.
Conduct final trim as needed to ensure product quality.
Perform duties as required of a Safety Sensitive position.
Collaborate with supervisors and co-workers to meet production goals.
Perform other related duties as assigned by the supervisor.

Qualifications

Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team to meet daily goals.
Strong reading comprehension and basic math skills.
Good judgment and problem-solving abilities.
Familiarity with hand tools and bench equipment.
Basic verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to understand and complete job-related paperwork accurately.

Physical Requirements

Moderate physical effort required; prolonged standing throughout the shift.
Regular use of hands for repetitive motions involving the fingers wrists elbows shoulders and neck.
Ability to lift up to 20 lbs from floor to waist and reach/lift while holding objects up to 20 lbs.
Must be able to see clearly for close-distance assembly and inspection work.
Ability to speak clearly and communicate effectively.

Work Environment

Work performed inside a climate-controlled manufacturing facility with a high noise level.
Occasional exposure to hazardous chemicals fumes and gases.
Safety gear and PPE required at all times.
