Position Overview

We are seeking a skilled and safety-conscious Heavy Equipment Operator with hands-on experience operating Kubota skid steer equipment. The Heavy Equipment Operator will play a key role in supporting construction landscaping and site preparation projects ensuring efficient and safe operations throughout each workday.

Key Responsibilities

Operate Kubota skid steer equipment to move earth gravel debris and materials.
Perform grading trenching backfilling and general site cleanup.
Load and unload materials using various attachments (buckets forks augers etc.).
Conduct daily equipment inspections and report maintenance needs.
Follow site plans supervisor directions and company safety protocols.
Assist with manual labor or site prep tasks when equipment is not in use.
Maintain a clean organized and safe work area.

Qualifications

Proven experience operating skid steer equipment (Kubota preferred).
Valid drivers license required; CDL is a plus.
Ability to read and follow site plans and instructions.
Knowledge of basic equipment maintenance and troubleshooting.
Strong attention to safety detail and work quality.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
