In this highly visible role your primary responsibilities will includeSupporting transistor level simulation solutions that scale with accuracy and capacity challengesSupporting and enhancing the custom transistor level simulation flows and/or EM/IR flows Collaborating with various design groups (Physical-design and integration Circuit-design / Power / Technology) to address their circuit verification requirements across different processesPartnering with design CAD and EDA teams to identify flow deficiencies and deliver state of art solutions
- Experience with custom design environment and transistor level circuit simulation
- Knowledge of at least one of the following programming languages: Python Perl C/C
- Minimum requirement of BS
- Experience developing transistor level simulation flows and automations for improved accuracy and higher performance
- Knowledge in EM/IR analysis tools including their working principles and methods.
- Familiar with custom design environment and flows including schematic/layout design simulation extraction and physical verification.
- Strong analytical skills with demonstrated ability to root-cause technical challenges and communicate solutions for methodology advancement
