About the role

Massage Therapist - Bentonville AR

Part-time 4-9 hours per week

Walton Family Whole Health & Fitness managed by HealthFitness is looking for a Massage Therapist to join the team at our new state-of-the-art facility in Bentonville Arkansas. In this position you will be responsible for administering professional table and/or chair massage services to a wide variety of members and guests.

Looking for a therapist that can work any of these shifts:

Tuesdays: 2 pm - 8 pm
Wednesdays: 6:30 am - 12 pm
Thursdays: 6:30 am - 1 pm
Saturdays: 8 am - 5 pm

Key Accountabilities

Perform numerous massage modalities and adjust delivery mode to address the needs of each customer.
General understanding of body treatments and be willing and able to learn the products and services provided.
Therapist must be willing and capable to deliver on site table and/or chair massage in a corporate setting (incidental travel set-up and tear down).
Must function as an active member of an integrated health and wellness team and support department wide events and strategies.

Minimum Requirements

Massage Therapy License for the state of Arkansas required.
Adult and pediatric CPR/AED and First Aid certification from American Heart Association American Red Cross National Safety Council or American Safety & Health Institute required prior to start date.
2 years of massage therapy experience required.
Ability to navigate electronic onboarding and timecard systems required.
Experience in a wide range of techniques strongly preferred.
Good communication skills; listening and verbal.

Compensation: this is a commissioned position.
