Job Summary

We are looking for Care Assistants to work in the community!

Locations: Swadlincote and surrounding areas including Castle Gresley Church Gresley Newhall & Midway

Salary: 12.65 21.30 per hour 35p per mile

Contract: Full-time / Part-time / Flexible hours

Eligibility: Must have the right to work in the UK a Full UK Driving Licence and be a female applicant (Genuine Occupational Requirement)

We are seeking caring reliable and motivated individuals to join our team of Community Care Assistants.

Role Responsibilities

As a Community Care Assistant you will:

Support service users to maintain independence within their own homes
Assist with personal care including washing dressing grooming and maintaining personal hygiene
Help with meal preparation shopping and light domestic tasks as requested by service users
Provide companionship and emotional support
Administer or prompt service users to take their medication
Monitor overall wellbeing and morale during visits reporting any concerns to the office or on-call team

Willing to learn no prior care experience required as a full training programme is provided

Essential Requirements:

Full UK Driving Licence and access to a vehicle
Enhanced DBS check and satisfactory references
Female applicants only (Genuine Occupational Requirement)

Working Hours

Part-time and full-time roles available
Weekend on weekend off availability required
Flexible shifts between 7am 10pm to suit both your lifestyle and business needs
