Your Job
What this role looks like.
- Maintain and enhance our Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops environment in Azure while ensure high availability and stability
- Optimize performance and cost-efficiency across Citrix and Windows systems
- Collaborate closely with our external service provider who manages Incident Management and Problem Management
- Package software for deployment within the virtual desktop environment
- Collaborate with the team to implement best practices and drive continuous improvement
- Work within an agile environment using agile methodologies to deliver solutions efficiently
Your Profile
What you bring with you.
- Several years of hands-on experience managing Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops in large international enterprise environments
- Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems
- Experience with Azure particularly related to hosting and managing virtual desktop solutions
- Software packaging skills for deployment automation
- Experience with Citrix NetScaler and FAS is a big plus
- Experience with SAP software is a major advantage
- A real team player with excellent communication skills
- Someone who enjoys working in a dynamic collaborative and agile environment
