- Read the technical and administrative specifications of the project to be executed;
- acquire the necessary technical and administrative information from the persons involved during the submission;
- obtain blueprints and specifications for construction and compare them to bid plans;
- report changes to professionals and claim costs;
- obtain licenses and permits as needed for the execution of the work;
- draft contracts and agreements negotiate terms and award them to subcontractors;
- develop the prevention program requested for CNESST and monitor it on site;
- establish the schedule (dates main stages of construction constraints methodology) and / or the critical path of the project and monitor it weekly;
- inform the superintendent of the project and discuss with him and the director of the proposed methods;
- place orders for critical materials negotiate prices and prepare contract documents in collaboration with the construction manager for subcontractors;
- coordinate and participate in various meetings;
- establish and maintain a professional and continuous positive rapport with the client etc.;
- travel is to be expected;

Requirements
- Hold a Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Engineering;
- relevant 5 to 10 years experience in construction project management;
- bilingual French-English both spoken and written (required);
- master of MS Office and MS Project software.
- Ability to obtain a security clearance
