Identify and implement process improvements using automation and AI.
Monitor performance of automated/AI-driven processes ensuring SLAs and KPIs are met.
Prepare and manage activities around contract renewals RFPs and external benchmarking.
Act as the main point of contact for stakeholders during the RFP process.
Manage dashboards for skills training compliance and budget.
Oversee invoice reception review and approval.
Support knowledge transfer audits and compliance (including GxP processes).
Regular communication with internal and external stakeholders including SMEs across multiple domains.
Requirements
Years of Experience
Minimum 5 years in enterprise DT organizations
Minimum 5 years in service management and project management
Must Have
Proven experience in project management especially in AI-related initiatives
Strong understanding of automation tools and generative AI technologies
Experience managing large contracts and external vendors
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proactive able to work under stress and comfortable leading discussions with multiple stakeholders
Fluent in English
Familiarity with GxP processes
Ideal Candidate
Experience as a project manager on AI initiatives (not just general IT projects)
Able to recommend and implement AI strategies and best practices
Strong stakeholder management and ability to work cross-functionally
Demonstrates proactivity autonomy and leadership
Comfortable working in a regulated (pharma) environment
Able to learn business processes on the job if not already familiar with all domains
Experience in the pharmaceutical or regulated industry
Knowledge of PowerBI reporting
English: mandatory
French or Dutch: a plus (for easier communication with some stakeholders)
