Home Health Licensed Nursing Assistant (LNA)
FULL TIME Hours
Gilford NH

Our Home Health Aides enjoy some excellent benefits:
- $17.50/HR
- 1:1 Aide-to-client ratios
- Monday- Friday 9-5
- No Weekends
- Build your skills with online training and earn CEUs
As a Licensed Nursing Assistant heres a big-picture view of what youll do:
- Provide personal care and support our client
- Assist with activities of daily living such as bathing dressing grooming light housekeeping meal preparationand companionship
- Help with ambulation transferring and range of motion exercises
- Provide medication reminders document their condition and notify a supervisor of any concerns
- Ensure a safe home environment with unobstructed pathways
- Participate in activities that bring clients joy such as puzzles games reading and hobbies
A few must-haves for Home Health Aides:
- High school diploma (or equivalent) and active Licensed Nursing Assistant certified in NH
- Six (6) months of experience in a healthcare role preferred
- CPR certification
- Valid Drivers License auto insurance and transportation
