Job Summary
*HVAC Certified Maintenance Technician*

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced HVAC Certified Maintenance Technician to join our team in the Real Estate/Property Management industry. As a key member of our maintenance team you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our properties heating ventilation and air conditioning systems. *Responsibilities*

* Perform routine maintenance and repairs on HVAC systems including heating ventilation and air conditioning units
* Conduct thorough inspections of HVAC systems to identify potential issues and recommend preventative maintenance
* Troubleshoot and repair complex HVAC system problems in a timely and efficient manner
* Collaborate with other maintenance team members to ensure seamless execution of maintenance tasks
* Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities including work orders repair logs and inventory management
* Provide excellent customer service to property owners tenants and other stakeholders
* Stay up-to-date with industry developments new technologies and best practices in HVAC maintenance
*Requirements

* *Experience*: At least 3 years of experience in HVAC maintenance with a strong background in commercial or industrial settings
* *Certifications*: Possession of relevant certifications such as NATE (North American Technician Excellence) or R-410A certification
* *Skills*:
Strong knowledge of HVAC systems including heating ventilation and air conditioning principles
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
Ability to work at heights in confined spaces and in a fast-paced environment
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in a physically demanding environment
Proficiency in using hand tools power tools and diagnostic equipment
*Education*: High school diploma or equivalent required; associates or bachelors degree in a related field preferred
*Physical Demands*: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment lift up to 50 pounds and work at heights and in confined spaces.
