What Youll Do

As a Member Services Assistant (Traveling Teller) youll be the first point of contact for our members providing friendly efficient service while assisting with a variety of financial transactions. Your primary responsibilities will include:

ü Creating a welcoming environment and building strong member relationships

ü Accurately processing member transactions and account maintenance with confidentiality and efficiency

ü Assisting members with problem resolution and educating them on Altanas products and services

ü Promoting Altanas Mission Vision and Core Values in every interaction

What Were Looking for

Were seeking individuals who are detail-oriented service-driven and eager to grow within our organization our ideal candidate will have:

ü Previous cash handling or teller experience (preferred not required)

ü Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills

ü Excellent written and verbal communication abilities

ü A working knowledge of computers and proficiency in ten-key data entry
