This position provides leadership support and oversight for all elements of the clinical work at our detox program) including training & skill development coaching performance feedback and enforcement of program rules. This position ensures adherence to all program and agencys policies and procedures and assists Program Manager to develop and deliver high quality client care in accordance with Horizon Services standards and applicable federal state and county regulations. This is a supervisory position and is considered part of the program leadership team. This position will also provide direct client services such as individual and group counseling and crisis support.

PRIMARY ACCOUNTABILITIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

Salary: $85000 - $90000 based on experience and qualifications. Available for a full-time position.
