As our Retail Manager youll lead your team to deliver outstanding customer service and operational excellence.

You will:

Motivate train and develop your team to achieve business goals.
Drive customer loyalty and ensure a welcoming in-store experience.
Manage stock merchandising rosters and compliance standards.
Foster a positive and high-performing team culture.

About You

Youre an energetic and results-focused leader who thrives in a customer-centric environment.

Youll bring:

Proven retail or team management experience (pharmacy or health retail ideal).
Strong communication leadership and organisational skills.
Experience managing KPIs budgets and payroll.
Current or willing-to-obtain police clearance.

Bonus if you have an S2/S3 Certificate or pharmacy experience.
